Here is a great, and easy appetizer recipe!
Tropical Fruit Dip
2 tubs soft cream cheese with pineapple
1 package Craisins
1/4 C shredded swiss cheese
4 T apple juice
Sliced almonds for topping
Mix all together and put in pie plate/caserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. It tastes the best when it's hot. I serve with different types of crackers. Enjoy!!
